USA Daily held a presidential election poll, for fun. Mick Huckabee spammers snagged their candidate the #2 spot despite lack of fundraising or much visible grassroots activity. Concerted effort to dethrone Paul aside, the Hucksters came up way short as top-tier candidate Ron Paul ran away with the victory.

North Dakota Republican Party holds straw poll, hides results

The North Dakota Republican party held its first straw poll. It didn't go very well. Mick Huckabee and Ron Paul each got about 4% of the vote, maybe.
